As part of our mission to facilitate access to the history and current reality in El Salvador, we also support the publication of resources about Monseñor Romero. In 2017, we raised funds for a new edition of Martiriología de Mons. Romero, written by Salvadoran popular theologian Armando Márquez Ochoa.

Currently, Armando is working on a new book project about the ecclesiology of St. Oscar Romero. We are hoping to help him print the new book sometime in 2020!

Armando hosts workshops in communities in El Salvador and the U.S. about MOnseñor Romero’s catechesis, or teachings, so that we might all come to know the thought and faith of St. Oscar Romero more closely. For more about these resources, please see Armando’s website.
