José Gomez’s daughter, Alejandra, graduated from medical school in June 2017 after years of help from RISES and a graduation scholarship from FACES
Since 2014, FACES has helped support university-level scholarship students who have grown up immersed in FUNDAHMER’s work but are not members of a sister community partnership.
These Scholars include the youth of San Salvador and its surrounding communities. The deserving young people show good character along with moral. They earn the grades the scholarship program requires and in return receive an exemplary education. The scholarship sponsors understand that University education allows the youth to become more productive members of Salvadoran Society.
